Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh made his second appearance on Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show, performing his hit song “Morni” and teaching the host his signature bhangra moves — with Fallon captioning a clip conveying Diljit brining his Aura.
During the appearance, Diljit discussed his 15th studio album Aura, which has crossed 100 million streams, and reflected on his landmark Vancouver concert near the site where the Komagata Maru was turned away in 1914 — drawing 55,000 fans to what he called a deeply personal milestone. Fallon also joked about a university course in Toronto being offered on Dosanjh, to which the singer laughed and said: “I’ve never gone to college. I’m only 10th pass — that’s why my English isn’t great.” Diljit’s next film, Imtiaz Ali’s Main Vaapas Aaunga alongside Sharvari and Vedang Raina, releases on June 12.
